TEA recognizes that Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) are essential for the 21st century and believes that every Pakistani girl should have access to quality STEAM education.
To achieve this goal, TEA provides training to teachers and school administrators on modern teaching methodologies, especially in STEAM. TEA’s Champions for Change network also promotes STEAM education by organizing STEAM-related activities such as robotics, coding, and STEM camps.
TEA’s focus on STEAM education is especially important because Pakistan lags behind in this area, and girls face additional challenges in accessing STEAM education due to cultural and societal barriers. By providing girls with the necessary skills and knowledge, TEA is empowering them to pursue secure and fulfilling careers and play a leading role in social transformation.
